Before launching Collective 8 AI, I built and exited a successful business in the UK, working with one of the world’s leading banks to bring innovation into legacy systems. The program I created generated multi-million-pound impact—and taught me the value of combining deep strategy with bold execution.
With over 20 years in global finance—including senior roles at Citigroup where I advised boards across 100+ countries—I’ve led transformations at the highest level, often where complexity meets urgency. But I’ve also stepped away from the corporate world to explore something deeper:
